Approximately 450 meters of red spider lilies bloom on both banks of the Aizumame River in the southwestern part of Toyota City, from Tenno Bridge (Marune-cho) to Otoko Bridge (Miyagami-cho).
Many people from both inside and outside of Toyota City visit this place to observe and take photographs of these bright red flowers each year, known as higanbana in Japanese.

This year, the flowers are blooming late due to the heat. Peak viewing time is expected to be Early-October.
